Freestyle Sports is excited to partner with One World Soccer! In the Spring 2017 season, Freestyle Sports offers a Strength & Conditioning program for the older select teams at One World Soccer. The players go through a pre-assessment and post-assessment and get 12 weeks of training from Freestyle Sports’ coaches. We will focus on strength, agility, coordination, flexibility and speed.
