After school classes at your school?

Before COVID Freestyle Sports was providing after school basketball classes in multiple schools in the Austin area. This year, we are finally in a position we can offer these again! Would you like us to offer After School classes at your school? Please have your school’s administration contact us or email us with the right contact information to set it up.

Starting this Wednesday, we are offering Multi Sport classes for 1st and 2nd graders and basketball for 3rd-5th graders at the Meridian World School in Round Rock. Over 45 students have registered and we can’t wait to get started!

other news about freestyle sports

This Summer, Coach Ayla got invited to coach at the Eurobasket Summer League in Las Vegas. Over the weekend, she trained over 100 former college players who have ambition to play overseas or have already played overseas and are looking for a new contract. With Ayla’s experience and knowledge playing professional basketball in Europe for over 7 years and winning 2 National Championships, she was able to prepare them and coach them during multiple games, so they could showcase themselves to the agents and scouts in the stance.

Just this past week, Coach Jasper accepted the position of High School Boys Varsity Coach at Summit Christian Academy in Cedar Park. Coach Jasper is very excited to work with these boys and can’t wait for the season to start. He has already worked with a handful of Summit players over the last few months, so it is full circle that Coach Jasper gets to coach them in games as well.

Coach Andrea accepted a position as 3rd grade teacher at an Elementary School in her home town. We are so happy for her and this new challenge, but are also sad to see her leave. We really enjoyed have Coach Andrea be a part of our team here at Freestyle Sports for almost a year. We are currently actively seeking a replacement for her, so please send any resumes/cover letters directly to ayla@FreestyleSportsTexas.com.
