In 2009, Jail to Jobs began as a non-profit organization offering Bible studies in juvenile detention facilities. Despite seeing great success for the youth’s desire to change after being released, they were being locked right back up again. In order to lower the recidivism rate, they recognized the need for a more holistic, influential, and sustainable approach to influencing these newly-released youth.
