New Year New Groups!

Happy New Year! We are so excited 2024 is here, because we have BIG plans for this year. We are starting off by offering more groups and adding the 2-5 year old and homeschool group. We are also expanding our offerings for Middle and High School athletes.

For all our groups, we will be dividing up the groups as much as possible, based on skill level. We currently have three baskets and planning on adding a fourth before the summer. For the Middle and High School athletes, we will also split boys/girls where necessary. 

The new schedule will start mid February and your current Saturday Group Class Membership will give you the opportunity to attend any of the options per age group. So if your child is currently going to Saturday morning 9 AM, you can also bring them to Tuesday 10 AM and Wednesday 5 PM, on the same membership. Per March 1st, the pricing will go up to $179 per month, but for that extra $59 per month, you get a minimum of 8 hours per week extra! The Open Gym option is a $70 add on to your group class membership, or a $99 per month stand alone membership.

Weekly schedule per age group:

2 – 5 year olds:
  • Wednesday 4:30 PM – 5 PM (basketball skills)
  • Friday 10 AM – 11 AM (multi sport)
5 – 8 year olds:
  • Tuesday 10 AM – 12 PM (multi sport and free play, perfect for homeschooled kids)
  • Wednesday 5 PM – 6 PM (basketball skills)
  • Saturday 9 AM – 10 AM (basketball skills)
8 – 11 year olds:
  • Tuesday 10 AM – 12 PM (multi sport and free play, perfect for homeschooled kids)
  • Wednesday 6 PM – 7 PM (basketball skills)
  • Saturday 10 AM – 11 AM (basketball skills)
Middle & High School:
  • Tuesday 6 PM – 7 PM (Athletic Development). This is a new class for athletes of all sports, focused on strength, conditioning and all other aspects of fitness.
  • Tuesday 7 PM – 8 PM (basketball skills)
  • Saturday 11 AM – 12 PM (basketball skills)
If your child falls in the “in between ages”, like 5, 8 and 11 years old, feel free to choose which group is best for your child and schedule. If you are not sure which one, please let the coach know so we can help you decide.

Camp schedule througout summer

We offer half day (9 AM – 12:30 PM) and full day (9 AM – 4 PM) camp options for and student/staff holiday for Leander and Liberty Hill ISD. All full day camps include a healthy lunch. Adding an afternoon is an extra $50 per afternoon or $200 for the whole week. 

Our camps are for Kinder through 8th grade. We have a minimum of 3 baskets available for each camp, so we will split up in age groups as much as possible. For our Monday through Friday camps, we also offer sibling discounts. Please contact us directly if you’re looking for a military, first responder or teacher discount.

How to use our booking system

To help you navigate our booking system a bit better, we would like to inform you on the most efficient way to use it. Here are a few tips and tricks:

  1. Sign up for an account! You can click the sign up / login button on the top right of our booking page, right under the header. This gives you the opportunity to see your past and future scheduled classes/lessons. You can also cancel/reschedule and see your membership codes.
  2. After signing up for a monthly membership, use your unique code to register your child for the correct classes. This isn’t only necessary for us to know who is coming to the class (and what their emergency contact info is), but it will also give you automated reminders and updates about the class, so you never have to miss anything.
  3. You use your unique code by registering for the individual classes on our booking page and entering the code at checkout. This takes away the balance due. You don’t have to register them one by one, you can simply click “select and make recurring”. You can only make the class recurring for the month you paid for.
  4. Your monthly membership renews automatically each month. You can cancel anytime without cancellation fees before your next payment, by clicking the “cancel” button in the confirmation email or by logging in to your account on our booking page.
  5. If you have any questions, easiest way to receive a quick answer is to TEXT Ayla Eden at 512-765-1285. We won’t always be able to pick up the phone, but we try to answer text messages within a few hours if not quicker. 

Events & Rentals

Please reach out directly if you are looking to host an event at our Community Center. General pricing is $200 for the first two hours,  plus $75 cleaning fee. Additional hours are $75 per hour. Hours rented includes set up and break down. 
We are always looking for great causes to partner with and to sponsor rental time for. As an example, we hosted Jail to Jobs in December 2023 and Invictus: Acton Academy is hosting their Kids Business Fair at our Community Center in March.
